Work is structured in a folder, project and task hierarchy with custom item types, custom fields and cross-tagging, so the same task can appear in a department view, a client view and a portfolio view without being duplicated.
Views include table, board, Gantt chart with dependencies and critical path, calendar and workload, and each team can work in the form that suits it over shared data. Request forms capture intake with conditional logic and route work automatically to the right team with the right fields already populated, which is the main answer to unmanaged work arriving by email. Automation rules trigger on status, date and field changes, and blueprints template repeatable projects. Resource management shows capacity, allocation and effort against estimates, with time tracking and billable rates.
Proofing supports visual review and approval on images, video and documents. Reporting and dashboards roll up across the whole portfolio, and enterprise tiers add single sign-on, granular permissions, audit trails and customer-managed encryption keys.
