Trainerize is a platform for personal trainers, coaches and gyms to deliver training programmes digitally, extending the coaching relationship beyond the hour a client is physically present. Trainers build workouts from a large exercise library with demonstration videos, assemble them into programmes and phases, and assign them to clients who follow along in a mobile app, logging sets, reps, weights and completion. Progress tracking covers body measurements, progress photos, personal records and habit streaks. Nutrition coaching includes meal plans, macro targets and integration with MyFitnessPal, and habit coaching handles behaviour goals like sleep and step counts.
In-app messaging, video check-ins and automated messages keep contact between sessions, and integration with wearables and Apple Health or Google Fit pulls in activity data automatically. Trainers sell training packages, memberships and challenges directly through the app with integrated payments. Branded app options put the trainer's own identity on the client experience. Plans scale by active client count from a small free tier upward, and Trainerize is owned by ABC Fitness Solutions.
