Salesflare is a CRM built on a single premise: the reason small teams abandon CRMs is data entry. Founded in Antwerp in 2014 by Jeroen Corthout and Lieven Janssen, it automatically gathers contact details, meetings, calls and email history from an inbox, calendar, phone, social profiles and public company databases, and assembles customer timelines and pipelines with minimal manual input. Practically, the product is used from inside Gmail, Outlook and LinkedIn through sidebars and a Chrome extension, rather than as a separate destination. On top sit visual drag-and-drop pipelines, built-in email sequences and workflows, email and website tracking, AI suggestions and lead scoring, and a lead and email finder with monthly credits. The company is small — roughly thirty people — bootstrapped and profitable, and consistently posts some of the highest ease-of-use and support ratings in the SMB CRM category. It targets agencies, consultancies, SaaS startups and B2B service firms rather than large sales organisations.

A world where the CRM fills itself — because every hour a salesperson spends typing what already happened is an hour not spent on what happens next, and no team ever churned from a CRM for being too easy.
We build a CRM that gathers contacts, meetings and conversations automatically from email, calendar and the web, so small B2B teams get an accurate pipeline without the data entry that kills CRM adoption.
