LinkedIn Learning is a professional development library, the successor to Lynda.com after LinkedIn acquired it in 2015, covering business, creative and technology topics through video courses taught by industry practitioners.
Its structural advantage is data: because LinkedIn holds profile, role and industry information for a very large professional population, recommendations can be grounded in what people doing a given job at comparable companies are actually learning, and skills can be mapped against a real labour-market graph rather than an internal taxonomy alone.
