Hopin Suite is the full event platform now sold as RingCentral Events, following RingCentral's acquisition of Hopin's Events and Session products. Where a single webinar tool covers one broadcast, the suite covers a whole event programme: registration and ticketing, a branded online venue with reception, multiple stages, breakout sessions, networking areas and a sponsor expo, plus on-site check-in and badge printing when the event has a physical component.
A production studio handles broadcast-quality streaming with backstage green rooms, screen sharing, recordings and simulcasting. Attendees move between areas, join speed-networking matches, ask questions, vote in polls and visit exhibitor booths, and organisers see attendance, engagement and sponsor lead capture per session.
Everything syncs to CRM and marketing automation so registrations and engagement reach the systems the business runs on. Customers include HubSpot, SAE International, NYU, the Detroit Pistons, Square and BDO.
